Offices Closed for Spring Break

Our offices will be closed from Saturday, March 15 through Sunday, March 24th due to spring break. We will resume normal operations at 11am on Monday, March 25th. During the office closure, walk-in, phone, and live chat support services will not be available. If you need assistance or experience issues during this time, please submit a help request. We will respond to your help request as soon as our office re-opens.

Though our offices will be closed, we will be periodically monitoring help requests and actively monitoring the residential network for issues. Any critical issues will be addressed as the need arises.

  • Woodruff Residence Hall Wireless Upgrade Complete

    Over winter break, the Wreck Techs have been busy installing new wireless access points in all rooms throughout the Woodruff residence hall. These new wireless access points will modernize the network infrastructure in the building to ensure that residents receive the fastest possible speeds for their wirelessly-connected devices.

    If you experience problems with the wireless network when you return to your dorm room after winter break, please don't hestitate to reach out to us by creating a help request.

  • Important GTwifi Service Change on April 19, 2018

    The certificate for Georgia Tech's wireless network will be updated on Thursday, April 19th, 2018 at 5AM. If you experience problems connecting to the wireless network on this date or after, follow these steps to forget your current connection and re-connect to eduroam.
