Walk-in offices closed for remainder of summer semester

Due to renovations, our walk-in support offices will be closed for the remainder of the summer semester. We will re-open our walk-in support services in the fall at brand new locations! We are excited to announce our east campus office will be moving to the bottom floor lounge of Howell and our west campus office will be moving to West Village Dining Commons (next to Panera Bread).

Our normal summer hours will still remain in effect for email, phone, and live chat support. If you need assistance, please submit a help request and we will respond during our operating hours.

  • Important GTwifi Service Change on April 19, 2018

    The certificate for Georgia Tech's wireless network will be updated on Thursday, April 19th, 2018 at 5AM. If you experience problems connecting to the wireless network on this date or after, follow these steps to forget your current connection and re-connect to eduroam.

  • GTCN channel 4 intermittent issues

    We are aware of intermittent issues on GTCN channel 4. If you experience loss of signal while viewing channel 4, you can utilize our emergency channel for ABC (4.1) by tuning into 105.1 and CBS (4.13) by tuning into 106.1
